It snowed in Bashkiria during the weekend

As forecasters promised, the past weekend was marked with rain and unseasonably cold weather.

On July 19 and 20 throughout the republic the temperatures dropped to 15 C°. At night air temperatures were 7 C° above zero with thunderstorms. Widely scattered snow showers were registered in Bashkortostan, in particular, in Kutuevo village of Uchaly region, according to eyewitnesses.

Cold and rainy weather will continue in Bashkortostan and in the coming week. Cold atmospheric front from Arctic opened the way to north and north-east winds. From July 21 to 24, the Russian meteorological forecasters predict heavy rains in the republic, the temperatures will range from 14-19 C° during the day, and from 9 to 12 C° at nights.

On July 26 it will get warmer, but only slightly - to 20-22 C°, with no precipitation. On July 26 and 27 it will be partly sunny, but not so hot.
