Physicians from University Hospital of London will hold a training course for Bashkir colleagues

The "Preventive Cardiology" training course will be held at the Republican Cardiological Centre. It will be attended by cardiologists, therapists, general practitioners, doctors of outpatient clinics, preventive care departments. Lectures will be read by doctors from University Hospital of London. The main topics are: causes and risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and cholesterol, diabetes, secondary and tertiary preventive care, the press service of the Ministry of Health RB informs.

Executive Director of the International Cardiac Healthcare & Risk Factor Modification Company ICHARM Harald Lipman said that over the last 30 years of his career he had received a good notion of the health care system in Russia.

According to the rector of Bashkir State Medical University Valentin Pavlov, collaboration with leading clinics of the world allows meeting the international standards in medicine and brings health care system of Bashkortostan to the next stage of development.

The event is organized by ICHARM with the support of the Ministry of Health RB in order to improve quality and timely delivery of specialized care to patients with cardiovascular diseases.
