Citizens arrived in Russia from Ukraine are entitled to pensions

Citizens arrived in Russia from Ukraine are entitled to pensions payment. Thus the right to payments depends on their status, the official website of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bashkortostan informs.

Russian citizens permanently residing in Ukraine and returned to Russia are entitled to a complete package of pension under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Citizens of Ukraine have the right to pensions in case of their permanent residence on the territory of Russia confirmed by the residence permit issued by territorial bodies of the Federal Migration Service of Russia.

People granted a refugee status in Russia have the right to pensions along with citizens of the Russian Federation for the period of refugee status validity, confirmed by a refugee certificate of a standard form issued by territorial bodies of the Federal Migration Service of Russia.

Foreigners granted a temporary refuge are not entitled to pensions.

Besides citizens with a residence permit or refugee status may apply for a disability pension, or survivors pension regardless of their age.

Since April 1, 2014 in the Republic of Bashkortostan a social pension to people disabled from childhood of the I group, to children with disabilities is 11,933.39 rubles, to disabled people of the I group, people disabled from childhood of the II group, children lost both parents (children of a single mother) is 9944, 64 rubles. Disabled people of the II group, children who lost one parent, men at the age of 65, women at the age of 60 are entitled to the pension of 4972.30 rubles, the disabled people of III group – to 4226.48 rubles.
