Centres to receive humanitarian assistance for Ukrainian refugees were opened in Ufa. According to the press service of the city administration, humanitarian assistance will be received in seven city centres of integrated social services and in the city directorate for social support.
Citizens of Ukraine arriving in the capital of Bashkortostan primarily need seasonal clothing and footwear, food of long shelf life, personal care products and household goods. New or in good condition items are accepted.
The humanitarian assistance centres are located at the following addresses:
- Ufa Directorate for Social Support: October Avenue, 114/1, ph. 235-99-58, 235-84-37;
- Dema district: Mussorgsky st., 19a;
- Kalinin district: Bogdan Khmelnytsky st., 53;
- Kirov district: Mendeleev st., 136/2;
- Lenin district: Gafuri st., 103;
- October district: R.Zorge st., 31;
- Ordzhonikidze district: Bogdan Khmelnytsky st., 68/1;
- Soviet district: Tsurupy st., 102.
The centres are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00.
According to the Migration Service, as of July 9, there were more than 1,400 refugees from Ukraine in Bashkortostan.
