Rustem Khamitov inspected construction of residential houses for orphans in Krasnousolsky village

The head of the republic Rustem Khamitov being on a working trip over Gafuriysky region, visited the regional centre - Krasnousolsky village where residential houses for orphans are being constructed.

Construction of houses, which is conducted by the new technology using foam blocks, began in July last year. Two semi-detached houses have been commissioned; three apartment houses are still under construction. Part of tenants will move there already this autumn, the rest - in spring of 2015. New houses are being built by Social Housing Fund. Currently, work is underway on installation of roofing, facade works. The cost of one square metre of housing in these social houses is between 24.5 to 28 thousand rubles.

According to the head of Gafuriysky regional administration Ramil Bukharov, 131 orphans live in the region. This year, 82 of them will get apartments.
