Leisure and health facilities host more than 130,000 children and teenagers in Bashkortostan

Currently more than 130,000 children and adolescents have rest at all types of leisure, recreation and health facilities in Bashkortostan.

According to the leading expert of the department of recreation and health, training and additional education of the Ministry of Education RB Vasilya Ibragimova, more than 1,300 day care centres are opened for schoolchildren. Today 90,000 children attend them.

Also now 36 country camps are opened welcoming more than seven thousand children. Until June 15, it is scheduled to open all 95 of them. During the summer, 45,000 children will have rest there.

Over three thousand boys and girls have treatment in 32 sanatoriums. 500 labour and recreation camps employ more than 15,000 students.

In addition, 11 students of Ufa special (correctional) boarding school No. 13 have rest and recuperation at the resort city of Yevpatoria in sanatorium treatment centre "Femida".
