Bashkiria residents can travel to Albania visa-free during the summer
In accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania from May 7, 2014 for the period from May 25 to September 30, 2014 a visa-free entry to the territory of the country is introduced to the citizens of the Russian Federation, the Representative office of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Bashkortostan reports.
It would apply to citizens of the Russian Federation - holders of valid passports who travel to Albania for tourism purposes or for private trips for up to 90 days.
Albania is a picturesque mountainous country on the coast of Adriatic and Ionian seas. The capital of the republic is the city of Tirana with a population of about one million people. Approximately 70 percent of the country is mountainous. The Strait of Otranto 75 km wide separates the republic from Italy, and by land it borders with Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Greece.
