New ski resort concept is developed in Kumertau

It is planned to build a ski resort in Kumertau. According to the information-analytical department of the city administration a concept of the future object has already been developed and search for investors is going on. The project cost is about 65 million rubles.

The construction plan envisages a creation of a developed resort infrastructure for family rest and recreation. It involves a construction of four ski trails of varying difficulty, a hill and two cableways connecting activity zones.

Kumertau is one of the most environmentally friendly cities in Bashkortostan, which opens opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs interested in new perspectives of their business. A distinctive feature of the city is its unique geographical position. Kumertau is located in the south of the republic, in the southern foothills of the Ural Mountains. Extremely mild continental climate, with cold, cloudy and snowy winter (at normal weather conditions snow depth is 1 m) and unique landscape allow creating conditions for recreation, tourism and skiing.

The ski resort may become one of the favourite destinations of country winter holidays for Kumertau townspeople and residents of nearby towns.
