Bashkiria’s water power companies recorded the high water peak

The high water peak was recorded at Pavlovskoye and Yumaguzinskoye reservoirs of Bashkortostan. Hydroelectric power plants located there have maximum load these days, Bashkir Generation Company reports.
On May 6, inflow of the Ufa river at Pavlovskoe reservoir reached 2.3 thousand cubic metres per second. Daily water level rises to 40-50 cm and now stands at 138.8 metres above sea level.
Pavlovskoye HPP is loaded at maximum capacity. Four hydraulic units with a load of 190 MW produce more than 4 million kW/h of electricity.
On Yumaguzinskoye reservoir the high water peak was recorded on May 5 - inflow reached 650 cubic metres per second. On May 6, it dropped to 550 cubic metres per second. All three hydraulic units of Yumaguzinskoye HPP work at maximum capacity producing more than 1 million kW/h of electricity.
