The Belaya River rose by 5 cm near Ufa

According to Ufa "Emergency service 112" in the morning of April 13, the level of the Belaya River near the capital increased by 5 cm and was 54 cm. A year ago the river level was fixed at 399 cm. High water at Bashkir rivers is delayed due to prolonged cold periods. According to initial forecasts high water was expected a few days earlier than usual, which was prevented by the "deferred" warm weather. As a result, the ice on the Belaya River near Ufa still does not move. In recent years, an ice drift near the city took place usually on April 11 - 13.
