Salavat Yulaev snatched a victory from Barys in the first match of the "Eastern" semifinal

The first match of a semifinal series of the KHL Eastern Conference for Gagarin Cup 2014 finished in Astana.

Salavat Yulaev (Ufa) snatched a victory from Barys in overtime - 3:2.

During the regular time Salavat Yulaev losing 0-1 managed to took the lead after accurate throws by Dmitry Makarov and Alexey Kaigorodov. But three and a half minutes before the honk Barys evened the score.

However, in the beginning of overtime Nikita Filatov pushed the puck into the net - 3:2.

Salavat Yulaev led in the series 1-0 and tomorrow on March 22, it will play the second match in Astana.
