New technology of mailings delivery is presented at the exhibition "Communications. Infocom- 2014", which takes place at the Ufa Recreation Centre.

The Directorate of the Federal Postal Service Bashkortostan represents new ways of getting parcels and packages. At the stand of the Russian Post visitors can see the "Parcels delivery to your home or office" service, as well as receiving parcels via automatic parcel terminals.

Currently, there are two parcel terminals in Bashkortostan: at the "Central" shopping mall ("Russian Post" rents Logibox) and at the post office at the address: 29, Gafuri Street, Ufa. Automatic parcel terminals - are terminals, where you can independently (without an operator) receive mail forwarded by distance selling companies. The advantages of such service are primarily in the fact that you can get the parcel at any time, and the procedure of receiving orders takes less than a minute.

According to the press service of the Postal Service automatic parcel terminals are not yet very popular among the residents of the republic. Nevertheless the network of terminals soon will be expanded.
