A march in support of the people of Ukraine and Crimea took place in Ufa

On the day of the referendum in the Crimea Ufa townspeople organized a march in support of the brotherly people of Ukraine and Crimea. As the press-centre of the Federation of Trade Unions RB informs, a procession sanctioned by city authorities started from Lenin Square, passed along October Avenue, 50 years of the USSR Street to the Sports Palace. The total length of the route was about three kilometres, about five thousand people participated in it.

Representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions RB, the regional branch of the party "Labour Union", Youth Council of the Trade Unions RB, republican trade union committees gathered to support the people of Crimea and Ukraine on that day.

We should mark that on the eve of the referendum the Federation of Trade Unions RB issued a statement in support of the brotherly people of Ukraine and Crimea.
