Access to public services can be obtained via short number "115"

The Ministry of Telecom & Mass Communications of Russia reports on its official website that the short number "115" started working in mobile radio networks across the country to call the Unified support service for consultations while receiving state and municipal services in electronic form.
Subscribers of Russian mobile operators VimpelCom, Ekaterinburg -2000, MegaFon, MTS, Rostelecom will be able to get twenty-four-hour technical support related to the webportal of public services, to learn a status of their application processing, address or working hours of state or municipal enterprises via this short number. The Unified support service will also help the Russians to solve the problems connected with registration on the portal of public services.
According to a federal agency, in 2013 30.8 percent of the country's citizens using public services received them in electronic form and a number of registered users of Unified portal of public services (EPGU ) exceeded 7.1 million people.
According to the press service of the Agency for Information Technologies of Bashkortostan, with reference to Rostelecom, as of January 1, 2014, 73208 citizens were registered on a Unified portal of public services. According to this index Bashkortostan ranks third among the subjects of the Volga Federal District. In addition, the total number of federal and regional services provided in electronic form on EPGU amounted to 107923 in the republic.
