Prize of the National Medical Chamber is designed to increase the prestige of the medical profession

The National Medical Chamber with the support of the Ministry of Health of Russia established a prize for health workers, public health professional associations, students, and media representatives. Its purpose is to increase the prestige of medical profession and recognition of medical professionals’ merits.

The prize will be awarded in 11 categories. Nominations for media representatives: "Diagnosis", "Doctor under protection", "Profession - Doctor". Nominations for health professionals: "My doctor", "Rural doctor", "Career", "My teacher".

Applications for participation should be submitted before the end of March 2014. The awarding ceremony will be held in April.

The jury will include both well-known physicians and authoritative representatives of other professional spheres: active scientists, journalists, lawyers and public figures.
