Yelistratov, An and Grigoriev are in the quarterfinals of 500 m short track race at Winter Olympics

In Sochi preliminary heats for 500 m in short track were held at the Olympic tournament.

All three Russian short trackers reached the quarterfinals, including Ufa native Semen Yelistratov. He, Viktor An and Vladimir Grigoriev will compete in the next round.

Quarterfinals and subsequent stages, including the final, will be held on the last day of Olympic short-track tournaments on February 21.
