Ufa natives Vasiliev and Hazetdinov have their last chance for an Olympic medal

On Monday, February 17 a team tournament in ski jumping will be held at the Winter Olympics 2014 in Sochi.

Our team at this competition includes Ufa natives Dmitry Vasiliev and Ilmir Hazetdinov and Denis Kornilov and Alexey Romashov .

Recall that the best result among Russians on Normal Hill K-95 was showed by Michael Maksimochkin (Vasiliev did not compete there) – the 30th place at the 2014 Games. Then Maksimochkin received a trauma while training.

Dmitry Vasiliev set a record - 144.5 metres on the Large Hill K-125, but lost points for technique finishing the competition on 26th place.

The team tournament will start at 21.15 (Moscow time).
