Bashkiria’s Ministers will try on blue-collar jobs

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Bashkortostan announced the resumption of the project «Officials change their occupations», launched in May 2013.

Recall that its main goal is to increase the prestige of blue-collar occupations.

This year, the Minister of Forestry of Bashkortostan Razhap Nabiullin, whose career began as an assistant to sawmill worker at Ishimbay logging enterprise will be the first participant of the project.

Today the Minister will demonstrate skills of a carpenter to the public. The first stage of the campaign "Officials change their occupations" -2014 will be held in JSC "Belsky woodworking plant".

Last year, several ministers of the republic already tried on some blue-collar jobs. The Minister of Health of Bashkortostan George Shebaev tried himself as a stacker at the bakery. The head of Ministry of Agriculture RB Nikolay Kovalenko became a temporary operator of machine milking. The Minister of Labour and Social Protection RB Lenara Ivanova worked as a plasterer - painter. The Minister of Sport and Youth Policy Andrey Ivanyuta try on the profession of turner.
