7 million rubles are allocated to encourage the best teachers in Bashkiria

Bashkortostan will receive seven million rubles for monetary rewards to the best teachers in 2014. The corresponding decree on the allocation of subsidies from the federal budget is signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
Payment of monetary incentive is aimed at promoting teaching and educational activities, development of creative and professional potential of teachers.
These grants are awarded in the framework of the priority national project "Education" since 2006. In 2014, one thousand of the best teachers will receive the monetary reward in the amount of 200 thousand rubles each. In Bashkortostan, 35 teachers will be given awards.
Payment of monetary incentive is provided by the results of the competition. The competition procedures and criteria for the competitive selection of the best teachers are established by the Ministry of Education RF. The main principles of the competition are publicity, openness and equal opportunities for participation of teachers with at least three year teaching experience.
