Azat Karachurin and Irek Zaripov are among the best Paralympic sportsmen at the World Cup

Results of all stages of the World Biathlon Cup among athletes with lesions of the musculoskeletal system and visual impairment are summed up. The final rating was made taking into account all three stages of the World Cup.

Bashkortostan in the national team of Russia was presented by five athletes: Irek Zaripov, Kirill Mikhailov, Alexander Davidovich, Azat Karachurin and Nadezhda Andreeva.

Bashkir Paralympic sportsman Azat Karachurin became the first with 705 points. The second place went to Nils-Erik Ulset from Norway (454 points), the third was another Russian Alexander Pronkov (397 points).

Note that and Irek Zaripov took the second place in the total standings of the World Cup ski races in the "sitting" category.
