Salavat Yulaev finished the year with a victory over the leader

Ufa "Salavat Yulaev" completed the year of 2013 with a match of the Kontinental Hockey League in St. Petersburg versus one of the leaders - SKA.

In Ufa in the first round Salavat Yulaev defeated SKA 4:2.

And this time, Ufa team held a very concentrated duel and managed to succeed. Two goals of Igor Mirnov and Alexey Kaigorodov were answered only with one goal of SKA in the very end of the meeting - 1:2.

Thus, in the "regular season" Ufa club took maximum points from the favourite.

Now Salavat Yulaev is on rest until January 3, 2014. On this day it will host “Dinamo” Riga.
