Monument of Friendship and Monument to Salavat Yulaev in Ufa to be transferred to the Bashkortostan ownership

Bashkortostan Territorial Directorate of the Federal Property Agency RF (Rosimyschestvo) prepared all documents for transferring a number of cultural heritage objects to the republican ownership.

“It concerns the Monument of Friendship, the Monument to Salavat Yulaev, the bust of twice Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Gareev in Ufa, as well as mausoleums of Husainbek and Turakhan in Chishminskiy region”, Andrey Agapov, the head of Bashkortostan Territorial Directorate of Rosimyschestvo said about it at the press conference in Bashinform News Agency. “At the request of the republic by the order of the Government these monuments are included in the list of objects that need to be transferred to the local level. After the issuance of the relevant order of the Government their transfer will be actually implemented.”
