"Regional Operator of Bashkortostan Republic" Fund will take part in the All-Russian seminar on major repairs

All-Russian Seminar "Regional programs on conducting major repairs of common property in apartment buildings. Organization of regional operators work" will be held in Kazan on December from 16 to 18, the press service of the Fund "Regional Operator of Bashkortostan Republic" informs.

At the plenary session it is planned to discuss issues related to creating regional systems of major repairs, forming regional programs of major repairs in the Russia’s subjects, defining the sum of contribution for repairs and organization of its collection, monitoring the activities of regional operators, as well as interaction between authorities and citizens. In addition, round-table conferences are scheduled for the forum.

The Fund "Regional Operator RB" will accumulate all means collected under the item "major repairs". As part of the program on apartment houses repairs designed for 30 years, the repairs of common property in apartment buildings will be carried out at the expense of the funds raised. Annually up to two million houses will undergo major repairs. It is planned to make distribution of funds at the levels of municipalities.
