Dispatchers of Ufa Rescue Service are the best in the Volga Federal District

The Information Dispatch Centre "Rescue Service 112" of Ufa became the winner in the contest "The best municipal dispatch centre in the Volga Federal District". Ufa Dispatch Centre was recognized as the leader. The second place was taken by Dispatch Centre of Kirov, the third – by Nizhny Novgorod.

Equipment of the centre with modern technical facilities, staffing with highly qualified personnel, and their level of training, as well as an ability of each dispatcher to respond competently to emergencies - everything was taken into consideration.

The Information Dispatch Centre of Ufa was established on August 30, 1999. Over the years duty officers have accepted over six million calls, and none of them remained without an answer: employees receive a call, then direct it to an appropriate department and always supervise the problem solution.
