Ufa Airport for 11 months of work served by 16 percent passengers more than the last year

For 11 months of 2013 Ufa International Airport served by 16 percent passengers more than the last year. Total number of passengers exceeded 2 million 49 thousand, the press service of the Ufa Airport informs.

Passengers in the amount of 1 million 17 thousand departed from Ufa (an increase of 15 percent compared with the same period of the previous year). 1 million 3 thousand passengers arrived (increase by 17 percent). Including 663 thousand people departed and 650 thousand people arrived on domestic routes (by 8 and 10 percent more than for the first 11 months of the last year). The main increase was recorded on international flights: the number of flown abroad amounted to more than 354 thousand people (an increase of 32 percent), 353 thousand people arrived.

The number of flights increased: 13 thousand 280 takeoff and landing operations were made, which is by 15 percent more than for 11 months of 2012. The volume of cargo amounted to 3 thousand 185 tons, which is up by seven percent year-on-year.
