Bashkortostan Union of Architects approved changes in the maximum height of buildings in Gostiny Dvor block

In Ufa, an enlarged meeting of the Union of Architects of Bashkortostan was held devoted to the maximum height of buildings in the Gostiny Dvor block.

The event was attended by about 40 influential members of the professional architectural community. During the discussion, the proposal was considered on placement of hi-rise dominant in the Gostiny Dvor block, based on the concept proposed by the Design Institute "BashkirGrazhdanProekt".

While revising the maximum height of buildings in the city, it was determined that the placement in the given point of a high-rise building restored the historical line along Mustai Karim Street.

During the voting absolute majority of the meeting participants expressed their positive attitude to the proposal.

In addition to issues of buildings height parking layout and organization of the transport scheme, which will appear in the project were also considered. The representative of BashkirGrazhdanProekt Robert Alexandrov jointly with Dmitry Winckelmann presented options of the site and got the approval of their colleagues in this part of the infrastructure component.
