Federation of trade unions, employers and the Government of Bashkortostan signed a tripartite agreement for 2014-2016

Republican agreement between the Federation of Trade Unions of Bashkortostan, employers' associations and the Government of RB for 2014 – 2016 was signed at the enlarged meeting of the Republican Tripartite Commission for the regulation of social and labour relations in Ufa on Friday.

The agreement was signed by the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, the chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Bashkortostan Amirkhan Samirkhanov and the president of Chamber of Commerce and Industry RB Yuriy Pustovgarov.

The document contains 190 obligations of the parties in almost all key issues of social policy, including the establishment of safe working conditions, employment and social protection of workers.

The first annual tripartite agreement was signed in 1994. Currently the ninth republican agreement is being implemented now - it is designed for 2011-2013. In addition, there are 18 republican branch agreements, 62 regional agreements and more than seven thousand of collective agreements in Bashkortostan.
