Rustem Khamitov is awarded a Public Prize for his contribution to the development and support of NCOs

Moscow is hosting the V Congress of the Russian noncommercial organizations. The event was dedicated to the discussion of topical issues of civil society, formation of new mechanisms of NCOs, current issues of interaction between regional NCOs of the country and state authorities.

It is organized by the Russian Agency of Information Society "RARIO".

In the framework of the Congress a solemn ceremony of the Public Award for contribution to the development and support of non-profit sector of the Russian Federation "GOSGRANT 2013" was held on October 30. Rustem Khamitov, the President of Bashkortostan Republic became the winner of the award in the personal category "Subjects of the Russian Federation".

In the framework of the Congress the All-Russian Forum "Info- Society 2013" dedicated to the discussion of information and interaction between citizens and government will be held on October 31. The Congress will end on November 1.
