Anatoly Vasserman, Nurali Latypov, Robert Nigmatullin, Sergey Popov will take part in Ufa Science Festival

Famous Russian scientists, popular experts Anatoly Vasserman, Nurali Latypov, Robert Nigmatullin and Sergey Popov will take part in the Science Festival which will be held in Ufa on Saturday, September 14. Sergey Gladkih, the deputy head of Fund for Science Support and Development RB said about it at the press conference in "Bashinform" agency.

As he said, Anatoly Vasserman will tell about new technologies and products, Nurali Latypov — how to raise a genius, and the lecture "Exoplanets" by the leading expert of the State Sternberg Astronomical Institute Sergey Popov will interest fans of space.

Academician Robert Nigmatullin will read a lecture about four "E" of the present – energy sector, ecology, economy, ethnos. Besides, he will take part in the round-table conference work regarding the future of the Russian science.

Entertaining experiments, a scientific show, competitions, quizzes, and also demonstration performances on sumo wrestling among robots are prepared for children. Besides, expositions of museums will be developed there.

All interested visitors will be able to play intellectual games: draughts, chess, «What? Where? When?», «Svoya Igra».

Also the IBM lecture about the «Smart City» system promises to become not less interesting.

The Science Festival will be held in the building of Academy of Sciences RB (15, Kirov Street). Opening hours are from 11 o'clock till 19 o'clock. The entrance is free of charge.
