Director of Oceanology Institute Robert Nigmatulin will conduct a public lecture in Ufa

The Director of the P.P.Shirshov’s Institute of Oceanology, the full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the ex-president of Academy of Sciences RB Robert Nigmatulin will visit Ufa on September 14.

He will take part in the «Science Festival» and will read a public lecture «Science and four «E» of the present (energy sector, ecology, economy, ethnos)» in which he will share his point of view on interrelation and value of these disciplines. Besides, listeners will have a possibility to ask Robert Nigmatulin questions, the press-service of the Fund of Science Support and Development RB informs.

Robert Nigmatulin has over 200 scientific publications among which there are eight books, he is the author of 21 certificates of authorship (patents). The focus of scientific interests of the scientist includes spheres of oceanology, mathematics, mechanics, thermophysics.

The lecture will take place on September 14, from 15 o'clock till 16 o'clock, at the address: 15 Kirov Street, Ufa (Academy of sciences RB).
