Rospotrebnadzor gives recommendations to ihrams preparing to make hajj

Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights) on Bashkortostan has published recommendations of the World Health Organization for ihrams who are going to make hajj to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this autumn. Safety measures should be observed in connection with coronavirus of Middle-East Respiratory Syndrome outbreak, which for today, by WHO data spread in nine countries.

As it is said in the recommendation, ihrams and organizers of hajj trips should remember general medical and sanitary precautions and personal hygiene rules.

This season 16 400 ihrams from Russia (in 2012 — 20 653) will depart to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for making hajj. Preliminary departure date of believers from Bashkortostan is on October 1. The Charitable Hajj-fund, LLC «Idel Hajj» and Spiritual Governance of Muslims of Tatarstan Republic LLC "TDM" will take part in hajj organisation in the republican territory this year.
