Central District Commander has checked up combat readiness of divisions deployed in Bashkortostan

The Central District Commander, colonel-general Nikolay Bogdanovsky has finished his on-the-spot visit to forces and military units deployed in the territory. He has checked up a degree of readiness of an engineering brigade, inspected operations of combat training activity during the summer period of training, and also has estimated storage and maintenance conditions of arms, military and special equipment, the district press-service informs.

A special attention was paid to readiness of staff and equipment to react promptly to natural disasters.

The Commander has estimated readiness of objects of the Ministry of Defence for the cold season, has heard heads of outside organisations concerning performance of the repair works plan and fuel delivery to boiler-houses.
