August Teachers Council was devoted to innovations in management in Ufa

A meeting of workers of the city education system has taken place in Ufa. Innovative mechanisms of management in modern social and economic conditions became a main topic of traditional August Teachers Council. The Council was chaired by the head of Ufa administration Irek Yalalov. In his report he marked that according to statistics, by 2016 in Ufa would be about 105 thousand pupils, and available schools would not be enough for such quantity of children. «In order to solve the problem we should construct not just new schools, but educational complexes including schools, kindergartens, and additional education institutions — with the general coverage of about two thousand children. Complexes will be formed in residential districts», the city-manager of Ufa considers.

Irek Yalalov informed that under the terms of education modernisation program from 2011 till 2013 608 million rbl. were allocated from the federal, republican and city budgets. The system of city education managed to improve considerably its facilities. But the main social result is increase in wages of teachers, workers of kindergartens and additional education institutions.
