Rustem Khamitov has visited Blagovarsky region

On August 19, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has visited a presentation of the investment project on construction of "Dmitrievka" pig complex in Blagovarsky region RB, the presidential press-service informs.

The investment project on creation of five modern pig complexes on meat production and processing in Bashkortostan with general capacity of 70 thousand tons of pork a year is implemented by LLC «Managing Company Tavros». Each pig complex consists of a reproduction platform and two platforms for breeding and fattening. Besides, the project provides construction of a feed-milling shop with 230 thousand tons of production a year and an elevator with possibility to store up to 90 thousand tons of grain. Also it is planned to erect a slaughter-processing complex with capacity of 1 million cattle a year. The objects to be commissioned in 2015. The project implementation will allow creating more than one thousand jobs. Total cost of the project is 12,5 billion rbl. Now it is already invested more than 3,4 billion rbl. Under the decision of the Governmental Commission the sum of the state support of the project will make 2,6 billion rbl.

Now the first stage of the pig complex is put into operation. Rustem Khamitov talked to employees of the enterprise (156 people work here), and familiarised with technology of pigs breeding.
