"Tatarstan" Airlines has opened «Ufa — Cheboksary» direct flight

"Tatarstan" Airlines will carry out a new flight on the route «Ufa — Cheboksary» three times a week — on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Passengers are transported by nine-seater plane Cessna Grand Caravan 208. Flight fare varies from 1200 to 4400 rbl.

It should be mentioned that transportations are carried out under the terms of flights subsidising program in Volga Federal District. Passengers pay only half from the air ticket cost. The other 50 percent are subsidised from the federal and republican budgets.

Since April 1, 2013 flights as part of the project are carried out from 11 cities, including from Ufa. In total till October 1, 2013 opening of 37 direct flights between 15 large cities is planned. The program of flights has connected the majority of large Volga region cities: Kazan, Samara, Nizhni Novgorod, Ufa, Cheboksary, Saratov, Saransk, Kirov, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Orenburg, Izhevsk, Ioshkar Ola.
