Rustem Khamitov: «3D-equipment in educational process is dictated by the present time»
The question of e-learning became one of key aspects at traditional August teachers' council passing today in Birsk.
For the last years a revolutionary updating of the equipment has occurred at republican schools. Computers provision has reached 54 399 units, informed the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov making a report at the council. The head of the republic marked that questions of e-learning globally change all aspects of life. As he said, today in the world there are examples of schools, which are completely electronic.
Rustem Khamitov demanded from the regional Ministry of Education starting practical activities in this direction.
“Transition to a new education system requires time and finances, but it is necessary to do it,” the head of the republic noted. “New types of equipment are very expensive; an interactive projector costs about three million rbl. We hardly will be able to equip all our schools with such school boards. But this equipment will decrease in price, and it worth its cost.”
The head of the republic underlined that the 3D-equipment in educational process was dictated by the present time.
Rustem Khamitov addressed to heads of municipalities with a request to find resources for acquisition of interactive boards and modern equipment for schools.
The President of Bashkortostan told about the Republic of Korea’s experience where the education system is organised very systematically from elementary schools to universities.
