About 800 inhabitants of Abzelilovsky region of Bashkiria are evacuated from a flooding area

773 people are evacuated from flooded and being in the zone of possible flooding settlements of Abzelilovsky region of Bashkortostan. There are no injured people, the Bashkortostan Main Office of Emercom of Russia informs. The high water does not threaten socially significant and potentially hazardous objects.

In the night from Thursday to Friday flooding of Novoabzakovo and Muhametovo settlements began as a result of heavy showers. There was a water level rise in the Maly Kizil river, water got out of the river bed. In Novoabzakovo water reached household plots. In Muhametovo there was a washaway of a bank line with no threat of houses flooding.

Place of temporary accommodation for the evacuated population is developed in Abzakovo village.

According to the Bashkortostan Main Office of Emercom of Russia, additional forces and means of the republican emergency rescue service are directed to Abzelilovsky region. Employees of emergency rescue department have floating crafts and an unmanned aerial vehicle.

In the morning the unmanned aerial vehicle began monitoring of the situation. With its help rescuers can estimate scales of the high water and react promptly to conditions change.
