Bailiff officers of Bashkortostan confiscated more than 600 units of firearms and side arms

Bailiff officers of Bashkortostan have summed up their work for the first half of the year.

As the press-service of the Bashkortostan Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service RF informs, from the beginning of the current year employees of the department provided safety in 74 buildings of federal courts of the general jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court RB, garrison military court, in all city and regional courts of Ufa and the republic. Besides, 215 districts of justices of peace were provided with permanent protection.

At controlling admission of citizens into buildings of courts 621 units of fire arms, gas spray guns, traumatic guns and weapons, side arms and electroshock devices, and also other 2029 objects forbidden to bringing into buildings of courts (bladed articles, flammables, toxic liquids and other hazardous substances) were revealed.

In general jurisdiction courts, 13208 people from 13361 were delivered to justices of peace on criminal and administrative cases; under decisions of bailiffs and executors of justice — 13238 people from 13250; under decisions of investigators 604 people from 608 which were subject to reconduction.

Under the terms of their powers, bailiffs from the beginning of the year detained and conveyed 54 people to law-enforcement bodies, 62 people were deported outside the country territory.

Estimating regional department work, the deputy director of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia Rustam Stepanenko marked that introduction and active use of information technologies, interdepartmental electronic document management considerably facilitates procedure of voluntary repayment of debts, allowing bailiffs and executors of justice to carry out their official duties more effectively.
