«Smart Park» creative and educational projects were presented to Rustem Khamitov

On Friday, July 12, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov was presented creative and educational projects of «Smart Park», which had won the first place at the youth forum «iVolga-2013».

One of successful projects «The Creative Incubator» also included in the top three of leaders (the second place) at «iVolga» was presented to Rustem Khamitov. It includes three main directions: events platform, audio-video production platform and educational platform.

Also Artem Aitov, the curator of the project told Rustem Khamitov about «Art marketing» technology — creative instruments to promote whatever you want — ideas, territories, brands.

“We have a project of website of events creation - welcome2bashkiria.com, which can become a popular and basic tourist resource of the republic,” Artem Aitov said. “And we have such experience. By present time «Welcome to Kazakhstan», «Welcome to Birsk», «Welcome to Smart Аrt» films are shot.”

One more project presented to Rustem Khamitov was educational. In particular, it is related to the regional system of electronic communication development of education.

Its main feature is a complex approach.

“We suggest implementing a project on complex electronic communication development of the education system which will cover all educational levels, all participants of the educational process: school — college — university”, the director of informational support department of "Synergy" University Vyacheslav Agapov explained. Rustem Khamitov asked whether this project was realised in any of the regions, and whether its introduction in the republic was discussed with professional community of Bashkortostan.

“This project was implemented in Chelyabinsk region and Republic of Ingushetia as a part of career - guidance tests,” Vyacheslav Agapov answered. “All documentation is submitted for consideration to the Ministry of Education RB.”

It is planned to realise the given project in RB in 2014.
