Visiting of Bashkiria natural parks became free of charge

The republic Office of Public Prosecutor has revealed discrepancy of Provision on Natural Parks of Bashkortostan Republic to requirements of the federal legislation, confirmed by the governmental order from February 26, 1999, it is informed on the official website of department.
The regional regulatory legal act provided collection of payment from tourists for visiting natural parks. Besides, the document established that granting of tourist services in natural parks and also establishing borders of republican resorts should be carried out on the basis of a licence.
According to the Federal law «On licensing separate kinds of activity», the specified works and services do not require a special permission.
In this connection the Office of Public Prosecutor make a submission to the President of Bashkortostan on elimination of the law infringements by results of which consideration by the governmental order RB No.263 from June 20, 2013 the document is brought into compliance with the federal legislation.
