Russian State Register corrects EGRP data and asks Bashkiria population to recheck them

The Russian State Register unites two information databases: the Unified State Register of Rights to Immovable Property and Transactions therewith (EGRP) and the State Cadastre of Real Estate (GKN). Unifed federal immovable property information system will replace them, the Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register informs.

Now united resources exist as independent systems, and data containing in them quite often contradict each other.

During work over verification of data the considerable number of discrepancies was found out. That is why Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register began to notify legal owners about changes in data by means of its official website. The heading «Reference information on objects of real estate» is created in the section «Registration of rights». It contains the information «Land plots on which amendments were made in EGRP» in Excel format. The file is updated weekly. It has an easy search engine by cadastral number of a land plot.
