Salavat Yulaev will open new KHL season in Nizhni Novgorod

The calendar of the new season in Kontinental Hockey League became known.

Salavat Yulaev as part of Tchernyshev's division will open the next KHL season with away game in Nizhni Novgorod on September 6.

The first home match Salavat Yulaev will spend in ten days versus Khabarovsk "Amur".

On January 29, Salavat Yulaev will have a final match in Novokuznetsk before a break caused by Olympic Games-2014 in Sochi. Regular championship for Salavat Yulaev will be restarted at home versus Torpedo on February 26. On March 4, Ufa players will spend the last game of the regular championship of the season 2013/2014 versus Vityz. In total Salavat Yulaev will play 54 matches during the regular championship — two with each of contenders.

Play-off in the "East" will begin on March 8.
