Winners of the competition in the sphere of social partnership were awarded in Bashkortostan

On June 13, the vice-premier Liliya Gumerova handed over diplomas to winners of republican competition «For high social efficiency and development of social partnership» at the Government of Bashkortostan.

As the Government press-service informs, over two hundred organisations took part in the first stage. From their number eleven winners among public and commercial organisations were revealed. In order to pass to the second stage companies should conform to the main principles of social partnership and high production efficiency. In particular, all organisations should have a collective agreement concluded and registered when due hereunder, work profitably without backdated wages and deadly accidents and carry out constant social support of employees.

In the first group of not publicly funded organisations «D.A.Chernyaev Ural-Siberian Trunk Oil Pipelines» was on the first place, Ufa Engine Industrial Association on the second , Sterlitamak "Soda" on the third.

On the second group of not publicly funded organisations the first place was awarded to the state farm "Roshchinsky", the second — to the Uchalinsky Garment Factory, the third — to «Specialized Directorate on Repair and Maintenance of Man-Made Facilities» of Ufa.

Among public organisations the social partnership was organised best of all at Ufa State Aviation Technical University. It was followed by the Emergency Hospital and Birsk Psychoneurologic Boarding-School.
