Fire safety arrangements are made in forests of Bashkiria

Since June 10, special fire safety arrangements are put into operation in the territory of forest fund of Bashkortostan, the press-service of the Government RB informs.

The Ministry of Forestry of the region is entrusted to take measures on strengthening fire inspection in forests, including patroling organisation.

In its turn, republican enforcement authorities are entrusted to strengthen control over execution of fire-prevention activity and requirements of fire prevention regulations. To forbid starting fires and burning of household waste and industrial waste, and also grass burning out on land plots near forests.

Besides, it is necessary to limit entrance of vehicles to large forests with high class of fire hazard during the fire-dangerous periods. It is not less important to provide watch by voluntary firefighting groups, to create additional fire lines in all settlements, and also to activate fire-prevention propaganda and promotion in mass-media.

Similar recommendations are already given to municipal authorities and tenants of forest plots.
