Young members of Ufa parliament organised a concert for veterans

Active members of Youth Public Chamber (MOP) at Council of Ufa organised a concert for veterans in Ivan Yakutov’s Park.

The celebratory concert gathered more than two hundred people, among which the most honorable visitors were veterans of the Great Patriotic War and workers of home front.

During the concert inhabitants of Ufa could hear familiar songs of the Great Patriotic War ("Katyusha", «Siniy Platochek», «Den Pobedy», "Zhuravli"). The "Style" studio, the «Sense of life» break dance studio, ball dancers Valery Pogodin and Rina Nurislamova gave a performance for veterans. Songs in the native language executed by Ilmir Birgalin especially touched hearts of Ufa townspeople.

In the end of the event MOP representatives addressed to visitors on behalf of youth of the city with sincere congratulations.

“Such important date as Victory Day once again underlines that invaluable contribution, which the senior generation brought to life of each of us,” Valentin Kudryashov, the chairman of Youth Public Chamber at the Council of Ufa underlined.
