On Victory Day the Russian ice-hockey players made happy France
The day before the Russian national team leading with maximum points after three matches met with the team of France at the International Ice-Hockey Championship.
As a part of Russians Alexander Svitov was not on ice because of a trauma. The team itself on Victory Day showed a sluggish game, though and with a lot of shots.
After non-realised penalty shot by Alexander Radulov in the middle of the second period Perezhogin managed to score a goal - 1:0.
But this success was appeared single – Frenchmen responded with two exact shots and defeated the current world champion – 2:1.
On Friday, May 10, Russia's next opponent is Finland, which hosts the Championship.
