CEC of Russia accepts works of journalists for participation in the All-Russia competition

The Central Election Commission of Russia continues reception of materials for participation in the traditional annual All-Russia competition for journalists. This year creative competition of representatives of mass-media is devoted to the 20th anniversary of electoral system in the Russian Federation. Author's works which were published or were on air during the period from November 1, till October 1, 2013 are accepted at the competition. The competition awards are established: three first awards in the sum of 60 thousand rbl.; three second awards in the sum of 40 thousand rbl.; three third awards in the sum of 30 thousand rbl.

Works of nominees will be estimated by the competitive commission under the guidance of Vladimir Churov, the chairman of the Central Election Commission. The jury structure includes heads of the all-Russian organisations of journalists – the chairman of the Union of Journalists of Russia Vsevolod Bogdanov, the vice-president of the All-Russian public organisation of mass media employees "Media Union" Elena Zelinskaya, the chief executive of the Alliance of Regional Mass-Media Executives of Russia Sofia Dubinskaya.
