Soldiers from Bashkortostan were paid tribute in St.-Petersburg

The delegation of Bashkortostan representation office in St.-Petersburg paid tribute to the memory of soldiers from Bashkortostan. Within the limits of the All-Russia events devoted to the 68th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War laying of wreath by bodies of the federal, regional government, representations of regions of the Russian Federation, diplomatic missions being in St.-Petersburg took place at the Piskarev’s Memorial Cemetery of St.-Petersburg.

The Representative of Bashkortostan Republic in St.-Petersburg, the Hero of Russia Rif Sakhabutdinov, employees of representation office and heads of public organisations took part in the ceremony. The wreath on behalf of Bashkortostan Republic is laid to the memorial stela. The delegation of Bashkortostan representation office paid tribute to the memory of soldiers from Bashkiria, heroic defenders of Leningrad and laid flowers to the commemorative plaque at the Piskarev’s Cemetery.
