May holidays will be held in Bashkiria under protection of more than six thousand policemen

In the republic during May holidays public order protection will be provided by about seven thousand employees of police, the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on RB informs. By the department estimations, about 65 thousand citizens will take part in May Day events. The situation will be supervised by about two thousand policemen.

Presumably more than 140 thousand inhabitants of the republic will take part in celebrations of the Victory Day. On May 9, 3,6 thousand employees of law enforcement bodies will be on duty.

It is expected that on the eve of Easter and on Sunday May 5, churches and temples will be visited by 40 thousand citizens. Therefore since night, with the beginning of celebratory church service, they will be under protection of 1100 policemen.
