Ufa joined «For Clean Republic!» action

A scale ecological action «For Clean Republic!» took place in Bashkortostan. This day inhabitants of cities and regions took part in ecological volunteer clean-ups and accomplishment of territories, parks and squares, roads, forest plots, planting of trees and bushes.

Ufa also actively joined the republican action, the city administration informs. Employees of enterprises and companies, townspeople cleaned streets and court yards, sidewalks and lawns, territories of establishments from waste. Teachers and pupils, students, doctors, housing and communal services employees took part in the event.

In Ufa 53 thousand people participated in the ecological volunteer clean-up. 814 units of equipment were involved there. The special attention was paid to the capital landscaping — more than 2,5 thousand trees and 1,6 thousand bushes were planted.
